I agree to allow Desert Ridge, to conduct any necessary employment and/or residency verification as needed 1/We certify (hat to the best of my/our knowledge all statements are true and complete. 1/We further authorize Autumn Creek Apartments to obtain credit report, character reports and verify rental history as necessary to verify all information put forth in the above referenced application for tenancy. In consideration for landlord holding an apartment at Desert Ridge, lagree to submit a holding fee of HI 00 00. In the event that the application is cancelled within 72 hours or if applicant is denied, the holding fee shall be refunded Once applicant is accepted and the holding period has expired, said holding foe is applied towards move in costs.
